girlBglad.com is passionate about color in the design, fabrication, and painting of whimsical art and sculpture projects on wood, metal, glass, and furniture mediums for the home or garden in expression of the heartfelt joy of life . Acrylic replaces the crayons of childhood and painting becomes a construction process utilizing wood, metal and glass to expand the artistic process beyond the visual confines of canvas to the realm of touch. I like to feature a symbolic heart at the center of my work because the heart literally is the magnetic energy field through which we make our life’s connections. For me art is the process of living glad.
